Anita Barone

Barone starred in The Shoes, an episode of Seinfeld's fourth season as Gail Cunningham, a chef who is looking for Elaine Benes' shoes. The early 90s saw Barone appeared on a number of occasions in Carol & Company as a co-star along with Carol Burnett. Barone played her ex-wife, Carol Willick Ross Geller during the first Friends appearance. Jane Sibbett took over her part after Barone quit the show to pursue her full-time job. Barone was on The Jeff Foxworthy Show during the first year (1995-1996) and The War at Home between 2005-2007. Barone was co-starring alongside Daddio in the year 2000. Barone is also credited in television shows, including Desperate Houswives Quantum Leap Empty Nest Chicago Hope Castle Do Not Disturb Ally McBeal Caroline the City Party of Five The Larry Sanders Show. Barone received the Methodfest Best Supporting Actress Award in 2005, for her character as One Last Ride. The following year, three years after The War at Home ended the film's run, Barone was cast in a regular role in the Disney Channel sitcom Shake It Up as officer Georgia Jones the mother of Bella Thorne's character CeCe Jones. Matthew Glave, Barone's actor husband guest starred on two episodes of Shake It Up in the character of J.J. Jones.
