Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen, a Vietnamese American businesswoman, lives in Orange County California. I have a wonderful fiance named JP along with a very unhappy father Henry. My Instagram account, @annephung, is where I am most popular with my followers. I write about my daily life, positive and negative. At the age of 1 and a half years old my family, me and my parents immigrated into America. If it wasn't because of the sacrifices made by my parents I might not exist today to share the journey with the world. Since I was confident that I would have a brighter future, I was determined to succeed and make my parents proud. My goals were set for me to attend university, find a job in a corporation as well as marry and then buy an apartment. Though I believed that this was the standard for success, life had different plans. The year was 2013, and I discovered that I didn't like being in my company job. The status and the money didn't make me feel happy. I thought I was just wasting my time in exchange for an income. In 2013, I realized that my passion was fitness. I also liked getting out and about to aid others. In the process of pursuing this new direction in life, I found the personal training I needed. The business I started in the year 2014. My company is celebrating its seven-year anniversary in this calendar year. It is rare to find Asian women working in this industry. To be a leader in my field and offer quality coaching, to enable others to achieve better health and happiness by creating a healthy lifestyle to their specific needs and to reach their objectives. Additionally, I want to encourage individuals to follow their dreams and do whatever they would like to achieve in their lives. As I started my job, the passing of my mother was the greatest hit to my personal life. The eight years she fought fight with Scleroderma. Then she's in Heaven, and I keep her in my heart. The lessons we learn from life can be hidden from us however they are very valuable. The loss of my mother affected me greatly and I am convinced that she offered me a second chance in life. Her death on Tet/Lunar New Year Day was an opportunity for her to begin a new life. For me, it was a second chance for me to live a fulfilling life. In my 30s I am awestruck by the feeling that I am alive and living. It's not that I'm just another number. I share my life and experiences with you, hoping that you can resonate by my experiences and words for you to be aware that you're not on your own, to be aware that you are beyond capable of anything that you can imagine. that true love exists that therapy is normal and needed that health truly is your most valuable asset. I wish you to live your life to the fullest and to die with no regrets as death is the sole thing promised to the people in our lives.
