Jennifer Garner was born on the 17th of April, 1972 from Houston, Texas but was born within Charleston, West Virginia. William John Garner worked as the chemist of Union Carbide. Patricia Ann Garner taught in a college near her. Following in the footsteps of her father she graduated with a chemical engineering degree. She moved in New York in order to fulfill her ambitions as an actor. As she appeared in Broadway shows, she also worked as a server at an adjacent restaurant. On the television series "Felicity," she had a small cameo. (It is on this show where she got to know their husband Scott Foley. Garner was a star in the romantic comedy "13 Goin' on 30" where she played a teenager trapped in the body of a 30-year-old. Garner picked Gary Winick (director) to create the film. Together, they searched for new projects to do until Winick's death in the year 2011. Garner was named an artist ambassador in 2011 by Save the Children U.S.A. This role involves promoting literacy and nutrition in America and early schooling. Garner has been on this board since the year 2014. Garner promotes early childhood educational. As a member of the Early Steps to School Success (EASS) Ambassador team for the EASS program, Garner visits families regularly to provide them with strategies to motivate their children to be successful.
